Over the past 20 years, our client has grown to become a leader in supplying outsourced solutions covering payroll, tax, accountancy and umbrella services. Due to continued growth they have an exciting opening for a client facing Sales Executive to further develop revenue streams within the agency sector throughout a large M4 Corridor and West Midlands territory.

As a field based Sales Executive you will be responsible for the development of new and existing accounts through the marketing of our clients all encompassing payroll, tax, accountancy and umbrella services. This exciting role will require you to target the recruitment agency sector, where you will manage the entire sales cycle, which will requires you to identify, qualify, close and manage revenue streams of varying value. This role also carries account management duties with the opportunity to up-sell and cross-sell solutions. Whilst you will base yourself from a home office, you will be expected to attend a London based head office on occasion.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years proven client facing sales experience gained within the outsourced payroll, tax, accountancy or umbrella services arena. You will be well trained, structured and considered in your approach, highly motivated with first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise and influence at every level.

The successful candidate can expect a negotiable salary circa 24-28k dependent upon previous experience with an uncapped OTE in excess of 35-40k in the first year plus an excellent benefits package.
