ROLE
Working within an existing team of high performing Consultants you will be responsible for delivering new Clients that you have attracted to the company with a consistent high level of customer service. Working mainly on “retained only” on positions in the 40k – to 140k range, very sales driven, you need to be proactive in securing the vacancies and highly skilled at matching the correct Candidates.
CANDIDATE
• A minimum 12 months experience as a Executive Search Consultant • Have a proven track record in securing new business along with excellent account development skills • Be self motivated, yet competitive to secure ongoing success in this buoyant market place • Have the confidence and experience to secure senior vacancies with strong margins along with Search and Selection. • Strive to deliver and exceptional service level •Articulate, confident, professional & competitive • Live within a 30 minutes commute and have your own transport
