THE COMPANY
A medium sized Company which is very professional yet very friendly with an “open door” policy. They predominantly deal with permanent and temporary office placements such as Secretaries, Legal Secretaries, PA's, Receptionists etc. The Leeds Branch also covers the Industrial Sector which has been a HUGE success, and they are now looking for an extra Industrial Consultant to develop this Sector further, which is where YOU come in….
THE ROLE
Working in a small, friendly, but enthusiastic team, in an often manic but social atmosphere, you will be building a new Industrial desk up, so you will be contacting new Clients, but will also be dealing with existing Clients. Besides this, the role is very much a “hands on” Consultant role, dealing with candidates through the whole recruitment process.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Proven track record in Recruitment, ideally 2years' Recruitment experience • Experience within the Industrial Recruitment Sector is preferred, however other Sector experience will be considered including Driving and Catering. • Knowledge of the Leeds market is very advantageous to help you in your role • Have the motivation to want to get stuck in • Strong communication skills with a “can do” attitude • Excellent sales focus with an ability to win new business and close a deal • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
