THE ROLE
This key role based at their offices in Manchester city centre, is seen as pivotal in their growth for 2007. You will be responsible for the development of key clients for the North UK and Scotland. These are well established and have traded with this organisation for some time. You will be able to create an opportunity for the business in areas notwithstanding PSL’s and internal client recommendation and referrals. This is an excellent opportunity to interact with other branch operations
IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Must have experience of working recruiting at a senior level • Must have a proven track record of developing and retaining of customers • Be self motivated, ambitious with the necessary drive and energy levels to inspire others to be equality successful • Business developer who seeks out business growth opportunities via networking and account penetration on a face to face basis • Looking for a long term opportunity • Creative and entrepreneurial you will embrace the company’s aims and have real flair for engaging with key partners both internally and eternally • You will also be used to recruiting from File Search right the way through to Headhunting / Search
