CLIENT
One of the leading Recruitment consultancies in the East of England with an impressive “Blue Chip” client base, and an excellent reputation in the marketplace. They have good staff retention and invest heavily in training and development to ensure that Managers and Consultants are kept up to date with current legislation, sales technique and technology. They deal across a wide range of specialist sectors which include Insurance, HR, Finance and Accountancy, Digital Media, Engineering, Office Support and other Professional Services.
ROLE
As a Consultant you will be responsible for building on the existing business in the office, maintaining excellent client relationships with existing clients, and building new ones. You will undertake the whole recruitment cycle, from screening to placing the candidates, ensuring a smooth process throughout.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Stable history of being a Recruitment Consultant, ideally 6 – 12 months experience • Experience of working within the professional services / senior commercial sector, however other sectors will also be considered. • Must have proven track record of success • Ideally have a background and excellent track record in business to business sales. • Of Graduate calibre with excellent presentation and literacy skills • Money motivated with a proven track record in a targeted sales environment
